I don't see how they could resume trading! It's not like they are just halted....They are delisted.

They would have to go through the whole filing process again S1....Financials....IPO....etc

Also, if they were to file for IPO, it would likely be GAC and not GNBA!
They are two wholly different companies.

They would have nothing to gain and a whole lot of expense to IPO GNBA.
