Definitely no not even close. Rob from GC who does the building for MCIG posts pics of the progress. The agriculture department was there last week checking the certified scales which he posted so things are moving along. Just takes time.
If you're referring to the original contract that was published with PNTV's 10-q last summer, mCig had indicated previously that the exchange of services for the documentary was cancelled in later negotiations for phases 2 and 3. Unless there's been some new recent development on this, PNTV may still be producing a documentary but it doesn't involve an exchange of mCig's services.
Both mCig and PNTV have been cooperating and putting out positive comments about their joint progress on GL.
