That is cash from financing activities - not cash generated from revenue.

They lost $192k from operations and a net loss of $962k - so when looking as just cash it can be very deceiving if you don't read the entire financial statement.

Basically the Cash on Hand is "borrowed" money from toxic financing.

When you look at the net loss you understand the company doesn't have any capital.
