Stock is certainly cheap here with this SS but it just keeps dropping. I wonder why.

No idea, but last year something went wrong. The intention was to bring Innovaro back to life.
This was the plan and the reason for the shareholder meeting.

Then a debt holder wanted money for a promissory note and assets were sold in an auction.

Since then company ignores shareholders. At least they deregistered, but have seen the same in some bk stocks, these bk stocks did it because they did not want to file the bk details with the sec.

I tried hard to get confirmation there is a positive plan, i know the potential if there is a plan with these people and this is suddenly impossible to get. Please try.
