Agree with your approach. However, the company knows the debt holders are salivating while they wait for the RS. ICLD will surprise with big news before they enact the RS. That is why has not been done yet. From their perspective it is much better to pump the PPS before the RS. Expect it.

Since they have until August, I would expect this after some good news that drives the price up, and never before.
