Do not touch this before 0.01 or the upcoming Reverse Split, whichever comes first.
I said this before and saying again, Company HAS TO do R.Split, they have no choice, Because Authorized Share count is not enough for the company to issue shares for convertible debt holders.
So here is what will happen; They will do RS then will continue to dilute shares by converting debt to shares. This will first cause stock to crash, but in the long run it is a good thing.
So , one more time, Time to buy is right after the R.Split crash or if it dips to 0.01 , which looks likely.
