Depends what you take the wording to mean. I thought the company meant to have everything done on their end in about 30 days.

Pay in Cash:

I think the company was advised by their lawyer (the one who followed up on the getting current status)/FINRA of an approximate time it was taking to process this type of scenario with FINRA and relayed that as an estimation to the shareholders, similar to what I may have done in similar scenario.

I'm sure there was some trepidation on their part in doing so - as one cannot control what one cannot control, so you want to be careful tying yourself to those dates. However, they probably determined they should give an approximate date as the shareholders would want to know and gave the date they thought most likely based on the feedback the "experts" likely gave them.

I see this as a GIANT spring that is being wound very tightly the longer this takes. As each day passes, more units have been sold and shipped, more work done on websites, more negotiations made, more marketing plans cemented. The bolinger bands of business are tightening and as traders know, this usually leads to explosive moves when it does go.

Cannaxa benefits from it's marketing relationship with SIPP and Wanderport which both ran on recent marketing. I believe this is next when the ticker change is made and the marketing is released with new company name, vision, direction and updates.
