Absolutely disagree. No judge will grant in injunction without a lengthy hearing and they won't get into a courtroom for at least a year or more. So, forget about in injunction.
The biggest problem Keogh has is that he never tried to do anything with the patent. Therefore, the judge would throw his case right out if he ever did get to a courtroom. I've seen a lot of patent cases from start to finish. They take forever and if you don't have your ducks lined up, you have no chance, and that's Keogh. No chance.
