A waste of everyone's time and I still don't understand why the Judge would allow oral arguments.

Smart Judge. After Citizen's United, corporations now have quasi-Bill of Rights (4th amendment), rights. The judge did not want to be overturned on appeal. So, he is going to allow TAUG to make its case, no matter how pathetic.

This case is going along a typical Federal path. The judge is teeing it up for a hard nudge sometime this summer for a Magistrate settlement conference.

That being said, I think the Article III judge will grant a jury trial -- one that will never happen.

All IMO.

Perhaps it is Cowan's motion that is the waste of time.

"A waste of everyone's time and I still don't understand why the Judge would allow oral arguments."

"If that's truly all they had to offer I wouldn't expect the Motion to succeed."

Discovery deadline was extended by the Judge, IMO most likely jury trial will be granted although it will not matter either way.

The above statements could be just more of a string of incorrect BS.

If you want to know where the $5 mil in damages comes from, stay tuned LOL
