Assuming FDA approves 273 for Rett Synd, and it goes on the market, you can ask your MD to write you a RX, and take it for any condition you think it might help. That's what I will do. We already know the dose range for adults, although it might be lower for children. If your MD won't play ball, find one who will. It's not hard. I have an MD friend who lives 500 miles from me, and he will call in a RX if I ask (non-narc of course). Your insurance might not cover it, and it might cost you an arm & a leg, but that's better than waiting for a couple of years and it costing you your brain. This is why I think Missling is taking this approach; it makes it available much sooner, if you can afford it.
