I said it before and I'm pretty sure I'm right because I was one (trader). Its an addiction. If I didn't trade
for awhile I got depressed. Doing a trade gave me a high, and it didn't matter if it was a good decision or not. It was the act of trading because it made me feel more in control of "the game". Holding is boring.
No decisions to make. Out of the game. But it gives the biggest pay off. Which makes the act of trading a lot like Vegas.
For many its not winning or losing...its the excitement of actively being in the game.
