The only poor management I've seen was the Kang's. Steipp did what he had to do, to save the company and bring it back to life. Most don't understand that if there was no Steipp, Liquidmetal would have gone bankrupt and we wouldn't be here today. I held the stock under the majority of the time Tom was CEO, met him and the team on several occasions and from my perspective he did a hell of a job getting us to where we are today. Yes, the dilution was bad but it was inevitable. Those who have held and truly understand the upside to this investment will make a whole lot of money and maybe even dividends some day.
