This is not entirely true; if not wholeheartedly untrue. Please post proof that this shell was closed as you say. After litigation our owners won millions. In my opinion, they simply jumped ship after that; choosing to not put anymore time into MGLG for whatever reason. The economic climate may bring them back if for nothing else than greed, hopefully they will grow a conscience and help out the shareholders and help themselves out even more through the leases. Last time I checked the leases they were active but nothing being done with them. Very up in the air but very much a possibility of a comeback.
