Less than 0% chance of an alleged "come back." Sure, they won millions in a litigation. That is because they also lost the trading vehicle that they legally owned even though they abandoned it long before. This shell is totally destroyed. An SEC suspension does not get a come back, especially after 8 years of dormancy. It would cost more to unsuccessfully attempt to revive this grey sheet carcass than it would be to buy a new clean shell. Ain't nobody ever coming back to reclaim MGLG ever. Proof?? You have 8 calendar years of proof. THE SEC ended MGLG in 2009. It's long over, been long over since 2009. ... And I didn't even have to touch on the last know o/s count being around 21 billion.

This is not entirely true; if not wholeheartedly untrue. Please post proof that this shell was closed as you say. After litigation our owners won millions. In my opinion, they simply jumped ship after that; choosing to not put anymore time into MGLG for whatever reason. The economic climate may bring them back if for nothing else than greed, hopefully they will grow a conscience and help out the shareholders and help themselves out even more through the leases. Last time I checked the leases they were active but nothing being done with them. Very up in the air but very much a possibility of a comeback
