Sorry to read that your hip is bugging you enough to temporarily halt your therapy. I hope it all turns around for you quickly. I'll add you back to my prayers. Give the kitty extra pets, I know that always helped me when I had mine for 17.5 years. Just hearing him purr was soothing.

It seems as if this is close to the bottom of wave 4 down and close to wave 5 up. If wave 2 dropped about 25 and wave 4 has now dropped about 18, will wave 4 down be the same as wave 2 or different? I hope I am making sense as I am trying to grasp the EWs.
