Management is pleased to announce that RAADR is near to reaching an agreement with its existing note holder, whereby terms of conversion will be renegotiated, and will not convert below a certain price level. In addition, it will be written that no more than a certain amount, in U.S. dollars, can be sold in any single month without prior written approval from RAADR Management. ________________________________________________________________
