It's pretty amazing but something is keeping it down.... and it's not just the shortest and flippers... that story in pinky land is the same on every board, a story. Until they address the debt and conversions we toil at 2-3 cents....prob back down to 2 as that is the trend. Who wouldn't flip and short until that is put to bed. And no news on the name change, still..... why?
