Until they address the debt and conversions we toil at 2-3 cents

The debt had nothing to do with a Whack with 4 swconds left of trading. It has happened many many times with UBQU. It is so easy to walk a stock down but tough to walk one up. As far as the debt goes it is very good compared to 99% of the stocks down here. As I said before if they converted all their debt which it will not happen. This still would not be bad. Let people worry about the debt and I will just keep on buying when the walk downs occur. By the time some find out the debt really does not matter because of the Revenue they are making it will be to late for them!!! JMHO!!!
