Totally agree. nowadays, China government is one of the richest governments in the world and, what's more important, they are willing to invest lots lots of money in infrastructure projects overseas to promote and implement their "The Belt and Road Initiative" policy globally. I dare to say that China also has the best technology and strongest building capacity in infrastructure development in today's world. That's why I believe Dubai boys made a very wise decision to contract with Chinese group for the hydro-power projects in Albania.
