There are those on this site who are an active part of this charade.

When this goes down in flames they may be held accountable.

I am no lawyer by any stretch, but, I currently have inside knowledge of one of the largest scams in U.S. history and those who made money from the transactions are being forced to give up their profits.

It makes no difference if they bought low and sold high and had no knowledge of the perpetrated fraud. If the deal turns out to be a scam, regulators will require those who made a profit to return the funds (even if the money was subsequently spent) to compensate those who were defrauded and lost money.

This scam will fall apart before long.

As a matter of fact, I have a contact with an agency that spends their full time unraveling these fraudulent schemes. I am going to alert them in a couple of minutes about this and let them go at it.

I have a client who made over $1,500,000 in a scheme through no fault on his own other than being a "savvy investor". Doesn't matter. He is going to have to repay the profits and is going through the legal motions at the moment.

Remember, all stock transactions have been recorded and the regulators are going to know who made what money and when.

This sham will be shut down by the end of the year.
