There is just no such thing as "preholders"
People who owned prior to the BK and sold out took their "reward".

When we bought post BK we bought risk that they no longer wanted.

It's our risk and our reward.

That's just how it works.

Like playing a slot machine and deciding to cash out and play something else.
When you walk away and I walk up with a single quarter and win a jackpot.

That isn't your jackpot just because you put 500 quarters in before me.

When you walk away you walk away from winning or losing.

This would be the same as escrows getting nothing and having preholders having to pay you for the shares you lost on.

It just cant/won't happen.

No offense to any that are in the family NOW, but I too agree......

PRE BK holders WERE AND ARE THE ONLY ONES HARMED HERE period, every one else took a GAMBLE to buy post,PRE BK were raped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you are correct THOSE assets IF IF IF there are any were NOT part of the actual BK, nor imho should they be treated as they were

Nothing in this whole thing seems to have been fair from day one or RIGHT!~!!!!!!!! Is what it is AINT WHAT IT AINT
