I think they timed this perfectly. Think about this. If you know your going to have a not so good 4th Q report(On an unstable OTC market) You put it out on good Friday when the market is closed but you setup a deal with HSN knowing you will sell more product in a day and give out some good PR before the market opens on Monday.......BAMMM!!!!!


I think this is what will happen. I also believe they may try and fast track Q1 report (Maybe)

You forgot 7 lawsuits in settlement talks? and ACS sealed contracts? That's why the price went up... not for 10K and 10Qs... Last 10Q was up 144% compared to last year quarter and nothing happened. No one bought that... people are buying for the ultimate SFOR value... 7 lawsuits + 100 more to follow + ACS deals = 8 billion SFOR valuation.

First time I see you here and you come with that statement.
