The links I posted were not finagled, they were found via Google search (image below) which means they actually existed at some point in time, and although any link will now default to the current listing, I doubt the listing from the November link originally contained the words "April 2017". More likely it said "November 2016" just like the February link originally said "February 2017" as we can see from Google's cached version of that listing (image and link below). So, as I said, the "Month, Year" references in the listings are just automatic updates to reflect the current time frame and not an indication of when the listing actually posted.
And the wording you quote from the listing is not unique to Kallo listings. Try any CanadasCareer.com listing and you will see the same, or similar words. Here are just two examples.
