It still says April 2017, even when you finagle the date in the url. I tried May, June, and July in the url--and it still says April. NAd, it still reads:

"To accelerate the development of the business and industrial area, in April 2017 Kallo Inc. is planning to increase the number of employees and improve existing recruiting."

My guess is that payments came out in February as RJ Bluesky posted in a Seawave tweet.
