I HIGHLY DOUBT the validity of that email. IMO, there is NO WAY an IR firm would say things like that in an email to an individual shareholder.

Ryan mentioned news after the holiday but didn't say Monday. He said Rich acknowledged 10K was due today. I think they may be late.
