Besides, watch if the CEO decides that cross-territorial restrictions should continue if he doesn't want them to, along with the approval of a BofD that is all his hand-picked people. As long as it serves a "business purpose" and satisfies fiduciary duties to Eon and LQMT (both will likely make money, instead of losing money), then they can pretty much do as they please.
