15 million more shares dumped by the toxics today. 54 BILLION shares convertible from the common AT ANY TIME.

1.5 BILLION new (toxic) shares dumped into the FLOAT in the last 5 months.

More recent update!!!As we all know now the news on the 3rd iis superseded by the form they filed with the SOS of Wyoming on 03/15/2017 which shows that in fact the shares structure is still 65 BILLION so again they lied to shareholders but had to clarify the number with the SOS. And all anyone has to do is go to the SOS page and find the form sent in by noho.

Just wondering why we still have this as a sticky when the latest news shows those 54 billion shares were not retired nor was the 2.5 Billion they claimed they also retired a few days later. As is clear despite them stating it as fact several times they had to own up to the fact its a lie. Just like several other issues like saying they were working on audited financials and the lie about 4 million in revenue. As we now see with the financials they did put out which whoops were not audited they also don't show the 4 million in revenues.Lies after lies.
