Shares on a startup don't pay the bills.

I believe they want and intend this to operate as debt. If the intention was for this to end up as equity, they couldve just done an equity offering at the time.

I'm onboard and believe in the direction. I wanted as much money on the table as possible prior to the rest of the world figuring this out. Once they do, the shares get much more expensive.

And if I'm wrong, still a fair price at current PPS. If I am right, we have a baked in 400% growth ready to pop off

$0.20-$1.00 Stock? Better go higher than that. Compared to ACBFF a Canadian CBS oil company that is currently trading for $2+/share, and over $10 million in debt. This company will be trading at $20/share in the next 5 years.
