Still that's a little shady. A CEO should pay himself in shares directly for services and not pay a third party shares at about a 97% discount to then pay him. I hope they clear this stuff up soon then this could eventually be one of those $.20-$1.00+ cannabis stocks.. they just have to clear the air and get rid of this baggage..
