the scam is NON RETAILs

it's done on numerous OTC targets and it pertains to cycles of money engendered
taking a *target* UP and then doing the hand off on the take DOWN
rinse/repeat as needed till kill order is given with *target* going no bid

and 99% of the time .. ;) .. NON RETAIL *controls* the outcome of the target

it's the 1% .. that outlast and then execute .. that are worth noting how *handled*

as much as it galls .. and PROvokes CEs' angst .. P2O has SURVIVED
and PTOI has a beyond enviable SS @ the 9 year level as a pubco

it is what it is and the CEs' issue .. right now .. is this sector is in
its ascension .. on a global level .. and monies *expended* in this sector
measure in the $Million$

When trying to constantly defend a KNOWN SCAM like PTOI, one must follow the SCAM handbook and continually recite pure made up fantasy and bullshit. Second, one must cut and paste volumes of misinterpreted data so that they lose the reader from boredom after the first volume of bullshit. Lastly, they must consistently post the same whimsy so that the exact rubes the scam was intended to keep bringing in feel an ally in their pain and suffering.
