This company was very forward looking years ago when they realized their handset business was losing money. They made investments in real estate instead and they built a nice portfolio of buildings. The rental income has been increasing. In addition they are keeping their hand in their rugged smartphone business and will try to build that up again.
Today I am happy. It's nice to have a win once in a while.
