I feel your pain DJS1, same here. Currently, 3 Qtrs worth of fins and the Annual Report, all related to 2016, are in-arrears. When/if they'll drop anytime soon, is anyone's guess. Over the past year plus, tangible signs of various business activities have been noted, through routine DD, but nothing ever publicly announced; at least not yet.
