CMIH, you can call the state of New York and get verbal confirmation that the Authorized Share count for VGTL is 2 billion. Where else do you think VGTL is incorporated?

The AS is 2B shares while the OS is unknown from the TA, my friend. Anyway the estimated OS should be around 100M shares based on the past trading volumes... The TA guy confirmed under 200M shares OS and VGTL should easily hit 0.0021 again with strong and continuous slapping actions...

Ya but par value says trip 1 on most recent filing/otc profile. So what do you make of that? Either way hard to get a good read on whether its 200m or 2 bil, but definitely looking at L2 makes one think its closer to 200mil than 2bil but who knows
