To correct your skewed facts gi, I mean ShawnP, lets take a look at the "facts" you provided.

"Fluticare never existed and if it did, it wouldn't need an ANDA, because its' active ingredient was already approved for OTC"

- FALSE, the current fluticasone propionate spray that we are currently waiting ANDA approval for, is approved for RX only. It in fact does need FDA approval to go OTC. Just because another company has received their approval for OTC, doesn't mean all nasal sprays containing the same active ingredients can immediately go from RX, to OTC. How you don't comprehend this blows me away.

"Anyone can manufacture Fluti, including 7 eleven"

- FALSE - It is tightly regulated to manufacturer fluticasone propionate (or any drug for that matter). The only way 7 eleven is relevant in this conversation, is if you are comparing their hourly rate to the amount you get paid per post, and I'm sure 7 eleven pays better.

"we already missed the allergy season"

- FALSE - Allergies can be year round. Once approved, the RX users of Fluticare will likely use OTC approved spray on a consistent basis to maintain its effectiveness.

so anyone can manufacture flonase? That would be great because I can see all these pharma companies now using flonase's patent. you make it so much easier in that world of yours.
