It doesn't really matter. Whether he files an extension or not there won't be a penalty once the info comes in. It will start to matter if he wants to get uplisted at some point. Then he will have to do everything by the books. It will also matter if he wants to build momentum with the stock price in the future.
Yea, can't buy from my Fidelity account now with "no info"...oh well I have more than enough and did my share of buying up a few more million of these hopefully cheap shares. This too shall pass...better days are coming....imo.
He said.. he was not aware he could file an extension for a pinkie. So ether he did not know the rules for pinkies.. or there is no way to file extensions for pinkies those are the only 2 choices.
