I understand delays happen but there is no reason why Orie couldn't have filed an extension on the 10K, that's just being lazy. He can blame Rusty for the filings not being ready on time and that may be true but there's no one to blame for not filing the extension but himself.

COHO - Orie needs to get it together and start delivering the FINS & promised NEWS! This stock should not be trading down here. It should easily hold a few pennies.
