We're not talking about other inventions. We're talking about the Phillips/Keough invention that Otiko believes expired, and that he can resubmit under his name (as conveyed in shareholder communications with Otiko).

This is why he needs to clearly state his intentions and assure shareholders he is not infringing or misrepresenting IP.

Most patents are filed based on the improvement to the existing patented ideas. This is how technologies evolve. Anybody who wants to understand this part more, please do some self-learning via Internet.
