There is no pressing reason to R/S as they only need to stay above $0.01 to remain listed where they are. I think even the most negative would assume that is no problem.
But if no news by fall they will either have to vote on a increase in the authorized shares, or an RS, as they will otherwise run out of shares to sell.
Raising the AS count to over 1B just sounds ugly. For microcap companies, that is when they start looking like a joke. A RS would be a cosmetic improvement over that for any new investors.
