Sindleman came in the bottom of the 9th as a designated fall-guy.
Must have been a complete moron to draft and put his name on that bogus shareholder letter.

So if he got busted for basically ONE letter, that again raises the question of why a-hole Chieco wasn’t charged for his countless lies and documents.
