Great explanation, these guys aren't going to work for free let's hope our investment in their pay will pay dividends to come.

The issue I think at least for 2014 and 2015 was that the admin expenses were really high and it looked rather shady. The general consensus was that Dror and Yaniv were profiting off the company that way, essentially siphoning money away from company and getting extra compensation.


Go back to the boards late 2014 through mid 2015, this was very heavily discussed

I believe the "Officers compensation" was included in the "General and administrative expenses" in 2014 ($1.7M) and 2015 ($5.5M). I can't prove it but you're free to prove me wrong. In fact I HOPE I'm wrong, but I don't believe so.
