General consensus isn't facts and to reference board posts as proof without providing any data/numbers to back up any claims seems a bit flimsy, at best. Let's see a break down of the numbers and point us exactly to where this occurred.

Please be precise from quarter to quarter from 2014 through 2015 and give us a clear break down of SG&A -- in their case G&A, broken down per line item associated to cost and expenses, and cite exactly how you're separating those costs and expenses as apposed to executive compensation associated with 2014 and 2015, of which generated annual revenues of $3 million and $7 million respectively.

I'm not interested in board posts as proof -- that would be crazy and a ridiculous notion if that's where I based my facts I'm only interested in real, tangible data.

So far all I see on this subject and others is more hypothesizing and conjecture as fact.
