It isn't possible for ViaDerma to make an amendment to a published patent application in the name of inventors other than himself.

Read my stickie. The USPTO won't even discuss the Phillips/Keough patent-pending invention with anyone but the two named inventors.

This is why ViaDerma filed a new provisional patent two months ago. " While VDRM filed a new provisional patent, it made an amendment to the original filing (an improvement), which made this VDRM provisional patent filing unique.
