i think it's going to be a relatively better 1Q. there was a delay in tax refunds this year, so people were probably out selling plasma to get by. plus you just can't ignore the 1m+ cardholders they manage. though just a number they threw out there (how many cardholders did they have in 2015? comparative numbers would be helpful) ... still a lot of cardholders generating revenue for tpnl ...
