I have no position here. I saw they filed the K today because the share price drop triggered an alert. Nominal top line growth.
Not intimate with this company but I think the main headwinds are the below-average management (family-owned) and competition from "faux kefirs" because no one is really sure what the hell a kefir is. :-) It's not explicitly defined.
Kinda sits in a weird nexus, too. Milk consumption is down but yogurt is up. Makes getting a read on growth a bit tricky.
GT's put out a Coco Kefir (via an acquisition) a few weeks back, and if track history is any guide, they'll roll LWAY. A rising tide could raise all ships but I'm not inclined to wait around on this stock without overt trend data.
