They should definitely maintain a reasonable salary base going forward, however... since 2014 or when they went public, the only quarter they booked a salary was Q-1 2016 for 1,188,982, hence why it's showing up on the recent annual report for 2016 fiscal year. They didn't book a salary for any of the preceding or following quarters since March 2016.

In other words, in 3 years they've booked $1,188,982 as compensation, which equals a base salary of ~$100k - $132k/yr/per person. This seems reasonable and much lower than the standard exec compensation for a OTC company.
