You sold WAY too soon. If you are going to cite a filing at least be accurate. Its more like 920K shares at @ $1.08. When you put up large amounts of money you get discounts (there were no warrants or anything attached).....plus u have to remember these investors are restricted from selling stock for a long while. KWBT is in the right spot to benefit from China's new agriculture policies which they have been pursuing for over 10 years. They didn't just show up on scene....Anyways, good luck with your remaining investment.
