I think they are targeting the first pre-IPO round in July.

Yes, I think they can build 3x faster with $50M and 6x faster with $100M financing.

But the share price will go up IMO because the ex-date is targeted for June. ECAB has an incentive to buy up every share below $7.50 or $10. Unless they want out.
