Nice try recently by some. Rich has stated time and time again there is no RS! He reduced the AS by 500 million snares the exact opposite of what any company does before they dilute and RS!Companies RS after they increase SS's and dilute them to death. The exact opposite is happening in ICNB!

Does an R/S come into play at all with ICNB as far as you can see?

A reverse split can always occur at anytime. CEO's will promise you no reverse split on one day, then 4 months later they will conduct a reverse split. What is dangerous about ICNB is that it is a stinky pinky so it does not have to give shareholders warning of a reverse split. You'll just wake up one morning and see you have less shares in your portfolio than you had the day before. There are debt issues and expense issues on bottling and distribution with Bellissima. That being said, the company is strapped for cash. Go read the last 10 PR's and all filings. The company needs money.

Well, you have every right to be concerned about a R/S.

First: despite all the recent claims that Rich is the bestest Pink Sheets CEO ever, he has a history. Specifically, in 2014, he did a 1-10 reverse split on ICNB.

Second, while a lot of the bagholders are whistling past the graveyard on this point, there are still a lot of convertible notes and preferreds out there.

Third, Southridge is involved. Whenever they are involved, be afraid.
