Well, your post looks to me very well balanced, and indeed brings to light most of the concerns that I believe many shareholders do have.
Many people in this message board keep on talking of how good the science is. I don't personally know how good it is (nor these people really do, either, and nobody will untill final results will be out), but I do believe that if dilution continues like this for a couple of more financing rounds, well, then I guess in my personal opinion that many of shareholders stakes not only will be underwater, but also most likely impossible to recoup. They try to convince themselves that they could, and thus they every once in a while give some astronomical TPs, but that's the dreaming part of the story, the one that happens once in hundreds, but obviously when you own a stock you often think you'll be the lucky one.
I personally have been very negatively impressed by the fact that the co. took time to issue an 8K to confirm that the screening halt has been lifted, but didn't take the chance to clarify once for good why was it issued at all. In my opinion that would have strongly helped shareholders' confidence, and maybe also IMO would have helped to let the co. stand high in front of those who had doubts about the real reason, but that didn't happen.
