How do you know the company won't dilute and instead of 743,000 shares there are suddenly 5 million shares? I agree if they do not dilute then there is a chance the share price will start climbing to $20 which would equal .01 presplit!

$GBSND - the CEO is NOT about increasing Shareholder Value, he is about fund raising and YOUR MONEY is what he needs.... There will be a MASSIVE DILUTION now, then another reverse split in June, sad to say, if the same pattern repeats... What Pattern??

Take a look, click on the 8K's... Go back to last year - just click on them, look how many are about them selling shares.... This WILL CONTINUE
